Please be prepared to provide the following:

• Use case title
• Primary contact
• Department/unit
• Your role/the role of the submitter
• Description of the use case
• Use case audience
• Associated problem or opportunity
• Proposed AI tool or approach
• Expected benefits/metrics
• Risks/ethical considerations
• Any necessary prerequisites before others can use the approach/tool
• Identifier tags for the project (e.g., teaching, research)
